John R. Edwards, M.D., directs this first and only combined adult and
pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant program in Florida. Dr. Edwards and staff
conduct research, consultations, pretransplant evaluations, peripheral blood
stem cell collections (leukapheresis), peripheral blood stem cell
transplants, autologous bone marrow transplant (self-donation), allogeneic
bone marrow transplants (related donor) and post-transplant follow-up care,
including management of graft-versus-host disease.
