Scott Appleton, MD, FACC, FACP:
Dr. Appleton is Board Certified in Pediatric
Cardiology. He received his undergraduate and Medical Degrees, with Honors
in Research from the University of Florida. He completed his internship and
residency in Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina, and a
Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville,
TN.

For eight years Dr. Appleton served as Asst. Professor of Pediatric
Cardiology at St. Louis University where his duties included interventional
cardiac catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiography, fetal
echocardiography and all aspects of pediatric cardiology. He was the
director of the Echocardiography Laboratory and Medical Director of the
Pediatric Heart Transplant Program. Dr. Appleton and his wife live in Orlando
and they have three children.
