Dr. Thomas Wiswell is board certified in perinatal-neonatal medicine. Dr. Wiswell is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He completed his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania; and, he completed both his residency and fellowship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

After 20 years on active duty, Dr. Wiswell retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. army. Throughout his career, he has contributed to over 100 published articles in refereed journals.
